Booking Requirements

All bookings are final and cannot be rescheduled. Please double-check your schedule to ensure that you are available during the time of your booking. The deposit amount is deducted from the total cost.

  • Contraindications

    Allergic to Lidocaine
    Viral infections and/or diseases
    Epilepsy
    Had an organ transplant
    Blood borne conditions such as HIV or Hepatitis
    Skin cancer
    Pregnant or nursing
    Diabetic
    Accutane in the past year
    Skin complications
    (Psoriasis, Keratosis Pilaris, Eczema, Dermatitis, Sunburn etc.)

  • Cancellation Policy

    Deposit for initial appointments will be forfeited if the client does not to show up to their appointment. There is no rescheduling of any appointments.

  • Late Policy

    We have the right to refuse service if you are more than 15 minutes late and you will not receive your deposit back. Our schedules are quite busy and if you are more than 15 minutes late, it can impact the next client’s appointment. We respect your time and we have allocated a dedicated time slot for all our clients. As a preventative measure, you can Google our address and allocate enough time for travel and account for rush hour periods and parking.

  • Rescheduling Fee for Touch-Ups

    There is a rescheduling fee of $60+HST if you have to change your touch-up spot to another day.

  • Payment

    Deposits can be made through our online booking system with any major credit card (Visa / MC / Amex). Remaining balances can be made with cash or any major credit cards. There is no refund on the procedure once completed.

  • Please Note

    Touch-up rates are for current clients only. If you have a previous tattoo from elsewhere, regular rates apply.

  • Existing Tattoo

    It is advised to email us photos of the existing tattoo for us to review to make sure they are workable by us. Please email CLEAR photos of the existing tattoo to info@lunabrowartistry.com before booking any appointments.
